I am a certified personal trainer who has been in the fitness industry for a very long time now. Not only am I passionate about fitness and working out, but also what we put into our bodies as far as nutrition goes. I believe our results stem from 80 percent of what we eat, 20 percent of our daily activities. But, there is one more thing I am extremely passionate about, and that is being a Mommy. I specialize in making things work, time management, and not making any excuses because guess what? You matter. And I live by the saying, we cannot pour from an empty cup. I will be with you in person every step of the way. According to your goals, I will tailor a strength training program that helps best fit you. We will focus on form, where to begin, balance, progressive overload throughout our weeks together all while in a gym setting,
Virtual training
I will be with you every step of the way but online. I know what it is like to live a busy life with a busy schedule. This will not stop us from reaching our full potential. Because again, you matter. You will take me with you wherever you go and I will help guide you. Once again a tailored strength training program that will help take you from which ever level you are at currently, to the best shape you have ever been. I will let you choose your setting.
Hybrid
If you are a working mom, a stay at home mom. I know how hectic it can be having to balance it all out. You have your schedule, your children's schedule. But, no worries. We can split your workouts up and do both in person and online strength training. I will be with you either way. Whatever works best for you and your schedule.
Online coaching
Need a little assisting? Need help putting that pep back into your step? Not sure what to eat? How to manage your time? How to read food labels? Know how to properly workout but cannot come up with a split schedule? No worries, I got you. For 30 days I will write up a workout plan which will include all of your exercises, I will give you a nutritional guide on what to eat, what the healthier options are, help you write up a diet plan, do weekly check-ins to see your progress. Your personal coach, your guide from afar. Sometimes all we need is that Mom friend to help us get back in line.
Nutrition
Your body is your temple. This is probably the most importnt tab that you can click on. Your nutrition is your power. Where your fuel comes from, which means where most of your energy will come from. But it does not come from just any food. I believe in non processed food. In its rawest form. So here is where I will continuously come to give you guys updates on any new recipes I may come up with. Healthy alternatives to all of your biggest cravings. I do not want you to be weak, I want you to be healthy and strong.
